Free hearing services

We offer free hearing services for pensioners and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) clients. These services include free hearing assessments, tests, consultations, reviewing , discussing treatment and management through fully subsidized free hearing aids. We also offer top up hearing aids at discounted prices for pensioners and veterans.

Who is eligible for free hearing services?

You may be eligible to receive our free services if you fall into any of the following categories:
  • A pensioner Concession Card holder
  • Receiving Sickness Allowance from Centrelink
  • A member of the Australian Defense Force
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant
  • A Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Gold Card holder
  • A Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) White Card holder issued for specific conditions including hearing loss.
